Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Lead with Purpose: Your team owns the relationship with schools from the first connection to long-term success, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction, while driving revenue growth.
- Drive Results: Inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed targets by identifying new business opportunities, creating innovative sales campaigns, and optimising the app connection process for schools.
- Collaborate: Work with our Managing Director and Head of Product Support to align on strategies and provide a seamless, end-to-end experience for schools and partners.
- Partner with the Best: Manage our network of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), strategic partners and partner schools, building relationships that expand our brand and revenue opportunities across territories.
- Coach, Mentor, and Lead: You’ll lead by example, investing in the growth of your team, helping them reach new heights, and ensuring their success through performance reviews and ongoing mentorship.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- A Proven Track Record: You’ve got a history of driving sales success and leading teams in a proactive, results-oriented manner.
- Experience in Education Tech (or a passion for it): While experience in education or ed-tech is a plus, we value passion and a drive to make a difference above all.
- Strategic Thinker: You can balance short-term operational needs with long-term growth, always thinking about the next big opportunity.
- Effective Communicator: Whether it's talking to school enterprises, partners, or your team, you can clearly convey priorities, goals, and strategies.
- Self-Starter with a Team Spirit: You’re highly motivated, driven, and organised, but you know that team success is at the heart of any great company.
