- Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B SaaS deals
- A strong closer with a consultative, value-first approach
- Confidence delivering compelling product demos to C-level buyers, Directors, Managers
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and CRM-savvy - Hubspot a plus)
- Resilient, self-starting, and excited by fast paced growth environments
Nice to have
- Experience in Fire & Security or field service software or B2B
- Comfortable contributing to playbooks, onboarding process, an process improvement
- Own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing
- Drive outbound to consistently secure qualified discovery meetings
- Follow up on open, lost, and on-hold deals to re-engage and revive pipeline
- Forecast accurately and keep HubSpot data clean and current
- Travel to meet high-value prospects and run impactful in-person meetings
- Ensure a seamless, well-documented handover to onboarding post-sale
- Know our product and customers inside and out
- Share customer insights with onboarding and product teams
- Represent Uptick with professionalism and precision
- Build a credible personal brand on LinkedIn and in the field
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to grow relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound messaging and content
