We’re looking for a high-performing SDR to take a pivotal role in our UK sales development efforts.
Uptick is the #1 asset maintenance software for fire & security businesses. As a SDR, you’ll not only execute high-volume outbound outreach to drive pipeline – you’ll also play a key part in setting the pace, standards, and growth across the team.

What you’ll do
Scoring and qualifying new leads
Prospecting assigned leads via multi channel
Booking discoveries and ensuring smooth handover and attendance at discovery meetings
Maintaining hubspot updated and cleaned
Building of individual personal brand on social channels
Managing inbound leads appropriately
Reviewing and maintaining quality of lead lists within Hubspot
Improving prospecting strategies and processes
What you bring
Proven success in high-volume outbound B2B sales
Relentless drive, energy, and resilience – you set the tone for others
Comfortable making 80+ calls per day and managing your time effectively across channels
Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools
Strong communicator – both 1:1 and when supporting peers
A team player who leads by example and thrives in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
Experience in the Fire & Security industry (or with field service software)
Exposure to building or improving outbound sales processes
