Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Uptick. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by developing and implementing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within Fire and Security
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Fire and Security sector is a MUST!
