The Opportunity

Our rapid growth and expanding product suite necessitates an ambitious, high-energy communicator to drive B2B growth as Snug’s National Account Executive.

This role is the perfect blend of strategic "big picture" hunting and tactical execution. You will navigate multi-party sales processes, build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, and stay proactive across strategic deal threads while working collaboratively with referral and strategic partners.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting real estate franchise networks, large multi-office groups, and leading independent agencies across Australia. This includes owning both Subscription and Transaction revenue targets, self-sourcing new opportunities, and representing Snug as a thought leader at major industry conferences. You will report directly to—and be supported in strategic deals by—the Snug CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own sales targets across new and expansion business, focusing on both SaaS subscriptions and transactional volume.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Manage allocated partner referrals and proactively source your own leads via industry intel, LinkedIn, and high-impact networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Run high-quality discovery sessions and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and business cases to Agency Principals and C-suite executives with support from Snug product specialists.
  • Enterprise Cycle Management: Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, supported by our dedicated Onboarding and Technical specialists.
  • Market Presence: Attend national industry events and conferences to build brand credibility, maintain a robust pipeline, and deepen Snug's market moat.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain high standards of technology and CRM hygiene, ensuring all data is accurate and timely for revenue forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing to feed enterprise insights back into our roadmap, ensuring our AI-driven innovations meet market demand.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in PropTech, SaaS, FinTech, or professional services.
  • A High-Energy Hunter: You have a proven track record of sourcing and closing outbound enterprise deals and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Communicator: Skilled at consultative selling with the ability to translate technical software features into tangible business value for both Principals and frontline staff.
  • Tech-Fluent: You are highly confident with technology, comfortable navigating modern software ecosystems, and leveraging digital tools to drive sales efficiency.
  • Relationship Builder: The ability to own long-cycle deals, nurture accounts over several months, and become the "Sales Executive that clients love"—caring, committed, and professional.
  • Organised & Proactive: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and the discipline to manage a complex pipeline from first touch to final signature.
