About the Role

We’re looking for an AI-First Product Manager to join our Sydney team and drive the next evolution of Snug’s AI-powered platform. You’ll make a significant contribution directly to the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-First product features, from discovery through to launch and optimisation, working closely with the CEO and CTO.

You'll prototype new AI features, implement them with our engineering team and iterate based on real user feedback. Your role will bridge AI technology, customer needs, and business outcomes, ensuring our platform delivers exceptional value to renters, property managers, and partners — while staying ahead in a rapidly changing AI landscape.

You’ll:

• Lead the product lifecycle for AI-led initiatives — from ideation, research, requirements to delivery and optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and agentic platform capabilities that enhances customer experience and value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable, high-impact features.
• Translate AI concepts and technical capabilities into clear product requirements, workflows, and user experiences, building prototypes using no-code tools, to fail fast.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define success metrics, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Champion best practices in AI usability, prompt design, and ethical AI implementation.
• Monitor product performance and leverage analytics to guide continuous improvement.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker, a product innovator, and a tech-savvy leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You understand the transformative power of AI and how to bring it to life in customer-facing products.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in product management or a similar role within SaaS, technology, or service-driven industries.
• Experience or strong familiarity with B2B SaaS, AI enabled automation, and agentic platform concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Ability to turn complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI Studio, API integration).
• Exposure to Google Gemini, Vertex, AWS Bedrock or other AI tooling.
• Experience with project management tools like Clickup, Monday, Asana, Jira / Confluence.
