Picture This

Franchise and independent offices, managing anywhere from 100 to 5000+ properties, are moving from outdated systems to the innovative Snug platform. Our cutting-edge integrations with top utility and property management tech are generating robust referrals and organic leads. In this dynamic role, you'll join a transformative wave in the property management sector, supported by a dedicated Account Management team and a passionate Customer Success crew.

Your Role

As a vibrant new team member on this exciting expedition, you’ll be crucial in shaping our vision, driving growth, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You'll engage with customers, support product development, and seamlessly integrate across departments.

The Thrill Awaits
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales from new business, hitting targets aligned with our budget and KPIs.
  • Strategic Approach: Prioritise territories with a go-to-market strategy, creating qualified accounts and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with strategic referral partners and engage with agency Principals and frontline staff.
  • Solution Selling: Utilise solution and value-based selling techniques, managing the sales process with the support of CSRs and the onboarding team.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver high-quality, customised presentations and maintain accurate CRM data.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales / PM / BDM experience, a proven track record of hitting results, and a business degree or relevant professional development.
  • Property and Tech Savvy: Experience in property management with a proven passion for systems and technology (software experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation skills, digital and mobile competence, and a solid understanding of ROI and business cases.
  • Attitude: A can-do approach, thriving in fast-paced environments, caring and committed to client success, hungry for growth.

  • being a tech company - we are very flexible and 70% of our interaction is online - so enjoy a hybrid working environment of positioning yourself at home / or enjoy meeting your team in our offices - with the occasional client meeting and fun event.
