This role exists to bring structure, visibility and execution across the business.
The roleYou’ll own business operations and internal systems end to end.
This is not a support role. You’ll be responsible for how the business runs day to day and making sure things actually get done.
You’ll work directly with the founders and turn a fast-moving company into a well-run one.
What you’ll ownReporting and visibility
- Build KPI dashboards (revenue, customers, usage, operations)
- Standardise weekly and monthly reporting
- Improve data reliability across tools
Financial ops (light, not accounting)
- Track revenue, invoices and cash position
- Maintain clean, reliable reporting inputs
- Work with external accountant on structure
Execution and accountability
- Track key projects and deadlines
- Push teams to deliver
- Remove blockers quickly
Systems and efficiency
- Improve workflows across CRM, reporting and internal tools
- Implement simple systems that scale
- Reduce manual work across the team
- 3–6 years in operations, startup, finance or execution-heavy roles
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (you build, not just analyse)
- Proven track record of delivering outcomes, not presentations
- Experience owning something end to end (process, system, reporting)
- Comfortable with messy data and changing priorities
- You move fast and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Built a reporting system or dashboard used regularly
- Implemented a tool or process that improved efficiency
- Owned and ran a recurring business process
- You prefer strategy over execution
- You need clear structure from day one
- You avoid detail or follow-ups
- You enjoy creating plans more than delivering results
- Direct exposure to founders and key decisions
- Real ownership from day one
