Our tools help farmers, agronomists, and trading companies make better decisions in uncertain environments.

We’re growing quickly in Australia and expanding internationally — and we need someone to help make the business run better day to day.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founders across everything that keeps the business moving.

This is a hands-on role. There’s no playbook.

Some days you’ll be fixing data, building reports, or chasing follow-ups. Other days you’ll be helping structure priorities and driving execution across the team.

Your job is simple:

👉 bring clarity, fix what’s broken, and make sure things get done

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain simple dashboards and KPI reports
• Help keep financials accurate (revenue tracking, invoices, reconciliations)
• Follow up on key tasks and make sure owners deliver
• Support customer requests and internal coordination
• Identify gaps in processes and fix them with simple solutions, implement new tools
• Help prepare investor updates and internal reporting
• Support ad-hoc projects across operations, finance, hiring and growth

What we’re looking for

• Bachelors in STEM, commerce or business
• 3–5 years in operations, finance, business analysis, or similar
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (must-have)
• Comfortable working with changing priorities, messy data and incomplete information
• High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Clear and concise communicator
• Curious, fast learner, and hands-on
• Sydney-based with full working rights
