Octopusbot is an AI-driven ag-tech startup helping farmers and agribusinesses make better decisions by forecasting crop yields, planted areas, and grain & oilseed markets.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own customer onboarding, drive adoption, and manage customer-facing projects as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Implementation (Primary Focus)
- Lead new customer onboarding: kickoff, setup, integrations, and training
- Teach growers, agronomists, and farm managers how to confidently use the platform
- Build and run onboarding plans (timelines, milestones, deliverables)
- Drive fast time-to-first-value
- Create onboarding guides, playbooks, and training materials
Customer Success
- Be the main point of contact during onboarding
- Monitor adoption, usage, and customer health
- Run check-ins, gather feedback, and support renewals and expansion
- Escalate insights and customer needs to product and data teams
Project Management
- Manage small-to-large customer projects (dashboards, reporting, integrations)
- Coordinate between customers and Octopusbot’s technical team
- Track progress, risks, and deliverables with clear communication
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Project Management (SaaS or data products preferred)
- Strong organisation and project management skills (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent communicator who enjoys teaching non-technical users
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM careers
- Background in agriculture or agronomy is a plus
- Experience with data products (Power BI, APIs, satellite or forecasting data is a bonus)
- Willing to travel occasionally for customer visits and events
