Our tools help farmers, agronomists, grain companies, FMCGs, and financial institutions make smarter, faster decisions.

We’re scaling across Australia and expanding into Europe and North America — and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive the next stage of growth.

🎯 The Role

You’ll work directly with the CEO — turning strategy into execution, improving processes, owning reporting, and supporting financial oversight. If you’re curious, hands-on, structured, and mission-driven, this role is for you.

🛠️ What you’ll do

• Turn strategic priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Keep projects on track and teams aligned
• Build dashboards and monthly KPI/variance reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Work with accountants on reconciliations and controls
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and external partners
• Prepare board packs, investor materials, and internal docs
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
• Support fundraising, BD research, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives

🧠 What you bring

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
• 3–5 years in strategy, operations, finance, or consulting (startup a plus)
• Strong reporting skills (Excel/Sheets — BI tools a bonus)
• Solid understanding of accounting, budgets, P&L, cash flow, variance analysis
• Clear communicator, organised, proactive, flexible
• Mission-driven and eager to learn
• Sydney-based, full working rights
