The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Kry10’s KOS platform and products evolve to meet market needs. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Global), this individual contributor role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, business development and customers.

You’ll translate market insight, customer needs and technical capability into a clear product strategy and roadmaps - helping move Kry10 from bespoke customer implementations to scalable, repeatable product offerings.

This is an opportunity to work deeply with cutting-edge secure technology, while influencing how products are defined, prioritised and launched in a fast-growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Gather and synthesise product requirements from marketing, engineering, business development, partnerships and regional teams.

• Define product strategy, roadmaps and specifications that balance market needs with platform capability.

• Translate inbound market signals and outbound marketing insight into actionable product requirements.

• Identify patterns across bespoke customer implementations and convert them into scalable product offerings.

• Prioritise features and manage trade-offs across competing stakeholder needs.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility while maintaining product vision and customer value.

• Champion user experience across developer tools, SDKs and management interfaces.

• Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch.

• Support go-to-market activity for new product offerings as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships and regional leadership teams.

• Enable effective collaboration across Kry10’s global footprint.

About You

You’re a technically fluent Product Manager who enjoys working closely with engineers and thrives in complex, high-trust environments. You’re comfortable balancing market opportunity, technical feasibility and customer value - and you enjoy bringing clarity where there are competing priorities.

You will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally within B2B software, embedded systems, IoT or connected devices.

• Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams (experience with OS environments, embedded systems or microkernel architectures is advantageous).

• A proven track record of gathering diverse requirements and shaping them into a coherent product strategy.

• Experience moving from bespoke or custom solutions to productised offerings.

• Strong product sense with a focus on user experience, particularly for technical users.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.

• A data-driven mindset, balanced with customer empathy.

• Experience with enterprise or fleet-scale software deployment.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Experience with hardware-software integrated products.

• Exposure to industrial IoT, edge computing or connected device ecosystems.

• Background in cybersecurity, mission-critical or high-assurance environments.

• Technical background or hands-on development experience.

• Experience in early-stage or growth-phase technology companies.
