About Us
At Hullbot we're on a mission to decarbonise the global maritime industry. We're delivering autonomous underwater robots that inspect and clean ship hulls. Hullbot's systems are actively deployed in locations around the world, maintaining hulls free of biofouling, reducing fuel use and cutting emissions.
United by a shared ambition to create environmental impact on a global scale, we move fast and solve complex technical challenges together. If you want to work on real solutions with measurable impact, solving one of the world's biggest environmental challenges, Hullbot is the place to do it.
The Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Executives and wider Leadership team - helping them operate at a high level in a fast-moving, and ever changing environment.
You won’t be managing personal errands or operating purely at a task level. Instead, you’ll act as a force multiplier - helping prioritise, organise, and streamline how our leaders work across a wide range of internal and external relationships.
You’ll be trusted to handle tactical execution when needed but also to think, question, and improve how things get done.
What You’ll Do
- Support the CEO, COO and Leadership team across day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, ensuring time is prioritised effectively across competing demands
- Help coordinate key internal and external meetings, events, and communications
- Manage invite lists and logistics for events and company moments
- Support travel planning and bookings
- Assist with Investor Relations workflows, including CRM management
- Help maintain strong internal culture rhythms
- Identify ways to improve how leadership manages time, relationships, and priorities
- Step into tactical tasks when needed, but always with a mindset to optimise and improve
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills - clear, proactive, and thoughtful
- High level of intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Prefer dynamic, fast-moving environments over structured, repetitive roles
- Enjoy supporting leaders while also improving how they operate
- Are equally comfortable executing tasks and thinking about better systems
- Take initiative rather than waiting for direction
- Care about team culture and helping people show up at their best
- Want to be part of a mission-driven company solving real-world problems
Why Hullbot
- See your work directly support a team building real-world impact
- High trust, high ownership role with potential for high impact
- Work closely with senior leaders and executives and learn about startups
- Fast-paced environment with constant learning
- Flexible, hybrid working environment
