We’re looking for a high performing Manager of Professional Services to join our team.
The Position
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Manager of Professional Services to lead our Professional services team. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing and overseeing the Professional Services Team and are accountable to delivering a delightful customer experience while achieving time to value and revenue recognition goals. The ideal candidate will be a results oriented, experienced leader with a strong background in SaaS implementations and customer onboarding, capable of building and refining service delivery processes that enhance client satisfaction and fuel business growth.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of service delivery professionals, including project managers, implementation consultants, and customer success experts
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
- Oversee customer engagements, ensuring successful onboarding, smooth implementations, and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our software solutions to meet their needs
- Drive best practices in client communication and service excellence
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery methodologies and best practices for efficient and effective project execution
- Ensure delivery quality standards are consistently met and that customer projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of Services to define and execute the professional services strategy, aligning it with overall company goals
- Identify and implement new service offerings, packages, and pricing models that increase client value and revenue opportunities
- Monitor and optimize key metrics related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, project timelines, and team utilization
- Establish and oversee tools, processes, and KPIs for effective project tracking and performance management
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Provide feedback to Product Management based on client interactions to inform product enhancements and address customer needs
- Maintain internal process documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- A minimum of 2+ years of software implementation/ training experience
- Strong familiarity and skills with business software applications: e.g. Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Suite, etc.
- Positive, proactive work attitude
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive Problem Solver – You take initiative to find solutions, even when the answer isn't immediately clear, and are resourceful in seeking out the information you need
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers and staff
- True customer centric mindset with patience for customers in a learning environment
- Ability to pick up on new software features quickly
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and ability to adjust standard work hours to support customers and colleagues in other timezones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Residential Management or PropTech
