The role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help solve challenging problems in a developer-first work environment. You will take ownership over business requirements and deliver them across the full stack. We use TypeScript with MERN + AWS.

What you'll do:

• Write easily maintainable code (React, Node.js, TypeScript) that transforms complex business requirements into elegant, performant solutions
• Own features end-end with development in both the backend and frontend (70/30 split)
• Work closely with the product team to help shape new features
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers within the team

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor-level qualification in software engineering or related field
• 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer in a professional setting
• Advanced understanding of TypeScript and related technologies
• Experience with a functional programming language is a plus
• Experience with AWS and MongoDB is a plus
