What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal systems, ensuring data integrity at all times;
- Support recruitment, using AI to draft and refine job ads, generate screening tailored questions for roles and summarise candidate feedback;
- Draft and manage employment documentation including contracts, change letters, and policy communications;
- Support compliance activities including right-to-work checks, training completion tracking, and policy acknowledgements;
- Help coordinate L&D initiatives, team events, and culture programs that reflect Ansarada’s values;
- Build AI workflows and process improvements.
- 2+ years in HR operations, people operations, or HR administration. Ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and best practices
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and building workplaces where everyone can thrive.
- Tech savvy, you like technology and are usually the one that trouble shots problems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills—you juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything
- Can keep confidentiality and discretion around sensitive personnel matters
- Detail-oriented, you care about process and accuracy, but you're not bureaucratic about it
