Our Sales Development team is fundamental in delivering a superb first experience for our customers, providing them with the knowledge, technology, and guidance they need to transform their business, realise value, and own their future. Our technology isn’t just different — it’s better.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll leverage multiple channels, including email, inbound and outbound calls, social media, and live chat to connect with and qualify prospects. You’ll help customers understand the unique value Ansarada offers, guiding them through their digital transformation journey to improve efficiency, reduce organisational chaos, and enhance business value.
Working closely with our Marketing, Sales, Digital Growth teams, Account Executives, and Pod Leads, you’ll engage leads generated through marketing campaigns and outbound activity, drive high-quality pipeline creation, and deliver advanced qualification across inbound and outbound channels. A key focus of the role is supporting focus accounts by building strong relationships, driving awareness and education, and generating revenue through digital buying motions.
This role sets the standard for top-of-funnel excellence.
You’ll combine strong commercial judgement, disciplined execution, and a consultative approach to ensure consistent conversion and predictable revenue outcomes, while contributing to the ongoing uplift of the wider sales team.

Some Of The Key Activities Of This Role Include
- Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, helping build trust in Ansarada’s products and services while positioning yourself as a key resource for clients.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our Sales and Digital Growth teams on outbound campaigns, helping to shape and execute strategies that will propel our growth across APAC.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across Europe, working closely with senior sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to high-potential clients.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use Salesforce to track lead activity, manage account data, and support our overall APAC strategy. Continuously refine processes to enhance lead management and pipeline efficiency.
- Hands-On Involvement: Join in-person meetings with key accounts, supporting relationship-building efforts and contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Sales Enthusiast: You have experience in a sales or client-facing role and are excited about the opportunity to build a career in tech sales, specifically in the M&A and corporate finance space.
- Natural Hunter – You thrive on the chase, love uncovering new opportunities, and have a proven knack for building strategic relationships from scratch. Your ability to identify and engage high-value prospects sets you apart.
- High-Impact Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative: Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, working alongside colleagues in a high-energy global team.
- M&A Enthusiast: A background or strong interest in corporate finance and M&A, with a drive to support clients through complex, high-stakes transactions.
