You Will Be Responsible For

• Elevate the standards for high performance, consistently identifying areas for improvement with an enthusiastic and lead-by-example mentality.
• Drive the team's productivity to deliver software of the highest quality within predictable and reasonable time frames.
• Lead a team in the integration of GRC products into the Ansarada platform, executing a comprehensive GRC product roadmap, including modularization and multi-tenancy re-architecture.
• Foster the professional development of team members by nurturing both technical and interpersonal skills, resolving issues with care, and ensuring engineers receive the encouragement, recognition, and feedback needed for success and growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, providing expert guidance on solution design and development.
• Implement lean, agile processes, reflecting constantly on improvements, and contribute to recruiting exceptional team members, actively participating in the enhancement of engineering staff recruitment practices.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• The team leader will contribute to recruiting new team members. As well, as reflects and works with others to improve the recruitment of engineering staff.
  
  
  

We would love to hear from you if you:

• have a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English. The ability to effectively communicate in English is essential for success in this role.
• showcase substantial experience managing Software Development teams, particularly within high-growth digital/product-led SaaS companies.
• exhibit a strong desire to contribute to the success of a growing company, influencing and growing both yourself and those around you.
• possess a genuine passion for technology and its pragmatic application to solve customer needs in a scalable and maintainable manner.
• demonstrate practical experience in building and maintaining web-based software solutions, with expertise in working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• experience delivering projects with a significant amount of complexity in business logic. Able to identify and propose solutions for bottlenecks affecting product delivery pace, seems to proactively identify and tackle tech debt before it becomes a problem for customers.
• practical experience in the design and implementation of API of different flavours like REST, gRPC, GraphQL.
• exhibit an understanding and practical experience of using different software testing techniques, including unit/integration testing, manual/exploratory testing, and automated testing.
